Privacy and Cookie Policy

This policy explains what data Mille Baci collects when you visit millebaci.me, why it collects it, and how you can change your choice at any time.

Who processes your data

Mille Baci, Podgorica, Montenegro.

The contact form

The form on the Contact page asks for three things: your name, your email and a message, plus a topic you pick from a list. We ask only so that we can reply to you.

The message goes to our own inbox and stays there. Your address is used solely to answer that enquiry: we add you to no list and send no newsletter.

A copy is kept for 90 days at Cloudflare so nothing is lost if mail delivery fails, and it deletes itself afterwards.

There is no user account and no checkout. We never ask for your address, phone number or card details, and there is nowhere to enter them. We do not sell or rent visitor data.

Cookies and local storage

Strictly necessary (set without consent, because the site cannot work properly without them):

• mb_consent lasts 6 months and remembers your cookie choice so the bar does not ask again on every visit.
• mb_lang is kept in your browser's local storage and remembers the language you last picked. It never leaves your device.
• mb_intro lasts only until you close the tab and remembers that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page. It does not leave your device either.

Analytics (only if you accept them):

• Google Analytics 4 sets _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to 2 years and let us count visits and see which pages people actually read. IP addresses are truncated before processing and the data is kept for 14 months.

Until you click Accept, no analytics cookie is set and Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Legal basis

For analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.

For strictly necessary cookies and site protection: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.

Who else sees data

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Like any web server, its security logs briefly see your IP address and browser type. This happens without consent because it is technically necessary for the page to load at all.

Google processes analytics data, but only after you have accepted it.

The fonts and JavaScript libraries this site uses are hosted on our own server, so opening a page sends no request to any other company.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the data relating to you, its correction or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to contact form and we will reply within a reasonable time.

If you are in the EU or EEA you may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in Montenegro this is the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.
